Grease Scraper

It is generally used in sedimentation structures in grease scraper treatment plants. The sand and oils held in the sand traps are collected by means of the bridge moving in the horizontal direction.

Substances accumulated on the surface are transferred to the foam / oil collecting funnel with the surface-mounted scraper on the bridge while the bottom stripping process is sucked from the bottom with submersible pumps and sent to the sand separator / scrubber via a channel.

The bridge movement mechanism is a special rail iron with steel wheels. All steel material can be made of stainless steel or, if desired, the bridge can be made of epoxy coated carbon steel or hot-dip galvanized.
